Requirements:
  • This is the contractual profile for 7-8 months.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience with 3-5 years managerial experience in Human Resources & Administration field
  • Hands-on experience in handling of compensation & benefit process and tax issue
  • Working experience in MNC
  • Well versed to the labour ordinance and experience in employee relations
  • Self-Initiative, organized, meticulous with strong numerical sense
  • Excellent of interpersonal and communication skills, business sense and ability to make correct decision
  • Well-versed in MS office application
  • Good command of English
